Full-time | Direct Hire position | Onsite | Lakeland, FL

We are seeking a Junior to mid level Network Engineer to join our client's growing team.

This is an onsite position in Lakeland, FL. Must be local and can drive to office ever day.

This is a hands-on technical role responsible for designing, implementing, securing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex network environments for clients.

The ideal candidate has strong networking expertise, excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work directly with clients while mentoring fellow technical support staff.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Design, configure, and support enterprise networks.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, VLANs, and SD-WAN.
• Provide Tier III technical support and resolve complex network issues.
• Support network upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor network performance and security.
• Work with clients to recommend effective technology solutions.
• Maintain network documentation and provide technical guidance to support staff.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Network Engineering experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, wireless, firewalls, and network security.
• Comfortable with Tier 2/Tier 3 network issues
• Able to independently troubleshoot networks, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity issues
• Experience with Cisco tools
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience managing technical projects.
• CCNA preferred

Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
