We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with 6 8 years of experience in enterprise networking, cloud networking, and network security. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Enterprise Routing & Switching, Palo Alto Firewalls, and AWS Network Architecture, along with experience supporting large-scale LAN, WAN, and data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, and data center network infrastructure.
• Design and manage AWS network architecture, including VPCs, subnets, routing, security controls, and connectivity.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls, security policies, NAT, VPNs, and related network security technologies.
• Perform enterprise routing and switching configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and reliability across production environments.
• Perform network performance tuning and identify opportunities to improve network efficiency.
• Provide production support and participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, routing, switching, firewall, and cloud networking issues.
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, DevOps, and application teams to implement network solutions.
• Maintain network architecture diagrams, configuration standards, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
• Support network upgrades, migrations, technology refreshes, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Follow network security best practices and enterprise change management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 8 years of experience in network engineering and enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Routing & Switching.
• Strong experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and network security.
• Proven experience designing and supporting AWS Network Architecture.
• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, data center networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network protocols.
• Experience with network performance monitoring and tuning.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix administration.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Ansible for network automation.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes networking.
• Experience automating network configuration and operational processes.
• Familiarity with AWS networking services such as VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, Load Balancers, and security controls.
• Scripting experience with Python or shell scripting is a plus.
