The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco network platforms, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation, and enterprise-scale network architecture. This role involves modernizing WAN/MAN/LAN technologies, ensuring network security, and implementing automation for efficient provisioning. Key Responsibilities: Network Design & Architecture
Evaluate and recommend new communications technologies to enhance network capabilities.
Analyze existing network architecture and design upgrades for WAN/MAN/LAN environments.
Develop detailed schematics, technical documentation, and SOPs for network configurations.
Conduct cost/benefit analysis for hardware/software solutions to meet current and future capacity needs.
Design telecommunications circuit specifications and ensure compliance with DoD standards.
Implementation & Optimization
Test and validate network designs before deployment.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
