Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement network automation solutions for enterprise and data center networks.
Build and maintain Network Source of Truth (NSoT) platforms using NetBox or Nautobot.
Develop automation workflows using Python, Ansible, REST APIs, and other automation frameworks.
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform and Git-based workflows.
Automate network provisioning, configuration management, compliance validation, and operational tasks.
Integrate networking platforms with monitoring, asset management, and orchestration tools.
Develop reusable automation modules, templates, and scripts for network lifecycle management.
Collaborate with network architects, engineers, and infrastructure teams to standardize and automate network operations.
Troubleshoot and optimize automation solutions, APIs, and network services.
Maintain documentation, coding standards, and automation best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Network Engineering.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Network Automation.
Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching technologies.
Expertise in:
BGP
OSPF
TCP/IP
VLANs
MPLS
Data Center Networking
Hands-on experience with:
NetBox and/or Nautobot
Python
Ansible
REST APIs
Git/GitOps
Terraform
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
Experience working with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or multi-vendor network environments.
