Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Cisco Routing and Switching (R S) Network Design. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in technical support roles, demonstrating expertise in network design, troubleshooting, and customer service. This contractor position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert level technical support for Cisco R S network design and implementation.
Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and optimize network solutions.
Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Conduct training sessions for junior engineers and clients on Cisco R S technologies.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Cisco technologies to provide cutting edge solutions.
Assist in the development of network design proposals and presentations for clients.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching (R S) Network Design.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving network issues in a timely manner.
Experience with Cisco IOS, NX OS, and related networking protocols.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
