Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in transportation design, networking, applications, and integration
• 5+ years of experience in network and network security design and implementation
• 5+ years of experience with:
  • TCP/IP
  • Network security protocols
  • Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
  • VLANs, MPLS, VRF
  • Cisco SD-WAN
  • SNMP
  • Wireless infrastructure (URWB, WiFi, Cellular, 4G/5G)
  • Cisco FTD/FMC
• 5+ years of experience with:
  • Cisco XDR
  • Cisco Secure Access
  • Cisco Secure Endpoint
  • Cisco Network Analytics
  • Cisco ISE
  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and ITS profile
• 5+ years of experience supporting:
  • Traffic signal controllers
  • Conflict monitors
  • Traffic preemption devices
  • Traffic sensors
  • CCTV and video camera systems
  • Connected vehicle technologies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Cisco Cybervision
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center
• Experience with Cisco ZTNA
• Cisco Certification (CCNP or higher preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Implement and document network changes for assigned tasks
• Assist with macro and micro network segmentation design and implementation
• Integrate OT network segmentation with IT network segmentation
• Support implementation of OT security hardware and software
• Develop network security assessment requirements for IT and OT devices
• Respond to network outages and security incidents
• Provide weekly status reports to the Network Services Manager
• Participate in secure network architecture planning and implementation

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent work experience

Additional Details:

• Fully onsite role in Columbia, SC
• Statewide travel may be required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
