seeking
an
experienced
Network
Administrator
to
install,
configure,
maintain,
and
secure
reliable
network
infrastructure.
This
role
troubleshoots
connectivity
and
performance
issues
while
supporting
servers,
switches,
routers,
firewalls,
wireless
systems,
and
related
technologies.
The
position
also
manages
network
access,
user
accounts,
and
permissions
to
ensure
secure
and
efficient
operations.

WHAT
WE
NEED:
As
a
Network
Administrator,
you
will
serve
as
a
vital
backbone
of
our
technology
infrastructure,
keeping
our
organization
seamlessly
connected,
secure,
and
running
at
peak
performance.
In
this
dynamic,
hands-on
role,
you
will
lead
daily
network
troubleshooting
across
hardware,
switches,
access
points,
security
cameras,
badge
access,
copiers,
phones,
and
essential
infrastructure,
while
proactively
maintaining
user
accounts
and
resolving
tickets.
Working
closely
with
network
engineers,
district
coordinators,
vendors,
and
contractors,
you
will
collaborate
on
impactful
system
and
application
upgrades,
provide
strategic
research
for
modernizing
hardware
and
security,
and
enforce
robust
network
access
policies
to
safeguard
our
systems.

WHAT
YOU
NEED:
Bachelor's
degree
in
Information
Technology
and
two
to
three
years'
experience
or
equivalent
combination
of
education
and
work
experience.
Certifications
related
to
general
Network
Administration,
Microsoft,
Cisco,
or
CompTIA.
SALARY
DETAILS:
$71,736-
$83,193
hourly
or
salary
based
on
relevant
prior
work
experience,
with
the
potential
to
earn
up
to
$89,589
after
employment
with
Oakland
Schools.
