Roles & Responsibilities
* Monitor network performance and availability for Retail, Firewall and Datacenter environments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents.
* Handle tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.
* Escalate complex issues to L3 engineers when required.
* Participate in on-call and major incident support activities
* Support hybrid network environments.
* Troubleshoot network connectivity between cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
* Support data center network operations and maintenance
