NetSuite Managed Services Consultant

Offering an array of strategic technology services and solutions, our Eide Bailly Technology Consulting team works with our clients to turn business challenges into opportunities. Deep functional expertise in either of these areas: Financials: GL, AP/AR, month-end close, consolidations/multi-subsidiary, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and financial reporting.

Overview:

Location: Anywhere in the United States. Preference in/around Eide Bailly locations 

 

Work Arrangement: Remote (with some travel expectations to client sites)

We guide clients through every phase of their NetSuite implementation, from requirements gathering and project planning to system design, data migration, customization, and training and support.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  
• 5+ years of experience with NetSuite or another ERP, with at least 3 years working hands-on in NetSuite
  
• 3+ years of consulting experience
  
• Deep functional expertise in either of these areas:
  
  • Financials: GL, AP/AR, month-end close, consolidations/multi-subsidiary, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and financial reporting
    
  • Operations: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, fulfillment, manufacturing, or warehouse management (WMS)
    
• Understanding of how operational transactions affect the financials, and the reverse
• Able to work through support tickets, enhancement requests, and projects on your own, from requirements through testing and deployment
  
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, and GitHub to work more efficiently and improve client processes
  
• Track record of high client satisfaction, both internally and externally
  
• Strong written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
  
• Able to travel as needed

Preferred Skills

• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation)
  
• Experience in managed services or supporting NetSuite clients after go-live
  
• Working knowledge of both financials and operations
  

 

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

 

Benefits and Compensation

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.  

 

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
