Responsibilities of the NetSuite Implementation Specialist

• 
  
• Lead hands-on NetSuite configuration and implementation activities across multiple entities.
• 
  
• Review existing project documentation, system designs, and implementation plans.
• 
  
• Partner with accounting and finance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into NetSuite solutions.
• 
  
• Execute system configuration, testing, validation, and entity onboarding activities.
• 
  
• Support successful go-live and adoption for global business units.
• 
  
• Validate project deliverables and ensure success criteria are achieved.
• 
  
• Provide recommendations for long-term NetSuite administration and support structures.
• 
  
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications of the NetSuite Implementation Specialist

• 
  
• Experience leading full NetSuite ERP implementation in a multinational organization.
• 
  
• Strong expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management modules.
• 
  
• Understanding of accounting principles; accounting experience or certification is a plus.
• 
  
• Experience integrating NetSuite with commercial and custom-built applications.
• 
  
• NetSuite certifications strongly preferred.
