Description

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to serve as the primary owner of our client's ERP platform. In this role, you will maintain, optimize, and enhance the system while partnering closely with cross-functional business teams. The ideal candidate combines strong technical configuration skills with business acumen to improve operational processes.

Salary open to experience ($80K-$110K range) Will flex to $130K for a NetSuite Superstar!
Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Manage configuration, user access, security roles, permissions, and daily troubleshooting.
  • Optimization: Design and maintain workflows (SuiteFlow), saved searches, dashboards, custom reports, and forms.
  • Integrations: Oversee and maintain data connections between the ERP and third-party software platforms.
  • Collaboration: Partner with department leaders to identify process improvements and implement scalable ERP solutions.
  • Upgrades & Release Management: Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of platform updates and new features.
  • Documentation & Training: Create training materials and lead user sessions to promote platform best practices.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–7+ years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience.
  • Core ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP functionality, workflows, and core financial modules.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, CSV imports, and dashboard development.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to support both technical and non-technical business users.
Preferred Skills
  • Certifications: NetSuite Administrator Certification.
  • Advanced Technical: Exposure to SuiteScript (2.x), SuiteAnalytics, or SQL.
  • Middleware: Experience utilizing standard middleware integration platforms.
