Supported the Netscout application for 3+ years
Detail understanding of all components of the Netscout environment
Advanced knowledge of the traps and traffic monitored by NetScout relating to Voice, Video, Wifi and Network traffic
The ability to create &. support dashboards for all verticals in the tool
Train and develop other engineers to support the application.
Knowledge of the equipment models
Define and manage software upgrades
Provide environment improvement recommendations
Onboard new services and verticals to Netscout
