Duties:
Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures.
Contribute actively to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
Work in a supportive and dynamic environment with full integration into the care team and respected clinical leadership roles.
Support the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Nursing
Board Certified NNP (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
AZ License (or willing to obtain)
NPDB (within 30 days active)
2+ years of experience as NNP
DEA, CSR/CDS
