Duties & Responsibilities
Provide 24-hour in-house and on-call coverage for Level III NICU
Manage neonates with respiratory distress, pulmonary hypertension, sepsis, and other complex conditions
Perform necessary procedures including intubation, line placement, and spinal taps
Stabilize and coordinate transport for surgical cases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including RNs, RTs, and consulting specialists
