Job Summary

Seeking a Neo4j SME with strong Neo4j, AWS, graph databases, and data migration experience. The role will lead graph database migration, performance optimization, POCs, developer onboarding, UAT, and production rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute migrations from on-premise/relational databases to Neo4j on AWS.
• Work with Neo4j AuraDB, EC2, and EKS environments.
• Develop and optimize Cypher queries, graph models, indexes, and performance.
• Conduct load testing and performance tuning for production workloads.
• Build POCs and technical demos for business stakeholders.
• Support developers, analysts, and product teams during implementation.
• Define UAT criteria, test scripts, data validation, and go-live activities.
• Ensure secure and reliable graph database deployments.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• 4+ years of Graph Database experience.
• Deep expertise in Neo4j, Cypher, Graph Modeling, and APOC.
• Strong AWS experience with EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, and S3.
• Experience with data integration tools such as Spark, AWS DMS, or Data Sync.
• Knowledge of graph theory and Cypher or Gremlin.
• Experience with database benchmarking and load testing.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
