Neighborhood (Skilled Unit) Clerk – Sherwood Oaks
Cranberry Township, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $16.79/hour - $20.00/hour; Depending on experience

The Neighborhood (Skilled Unit) Clerk performs general clerical and secretarial duties necessary for the efficient operation of the skilled nursing neighborhood (unit). Some of the responsibilities include:
- Assisting visitors and family members with concerns and questions.
- Arranging doctor appointments for residents and corresponding transportation.
- Managing skilled nursing supply inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Managing charts for admission, discharge, and the medical record.
- Assist in creating and maintaining skilled nursing staffing schedules.
- Assist with indirect resident care.

Requirements for theNeighborhood (Skilled Unit) Clerk:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Nurse Aide Certification a plus.
- Experience in Senior Living preferred.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
- Have mid-level computer skills, including knowledge of email, web browsing, and Excel.
