POSITION DUTIES

General Purpose:

The Neighborhood Revitalization Success Manager provides deep, hands-on support to a focused portfolio of 4-6 ENOUGH implementation communities, leading execution of the all-of-government (AOG) initiative on their behalfâplanning and executing on strategies to align state agencies and local partners to provide intensive, wrap-around support tailored to each communityâs needs.

This is a hybrid position and requires flexibility to report to locations in Annapolis, Baltimore, and other areas of the state as needed.

Core Responsibilities:Â

• Implement an all-of-government strategy for ENOUGH communities by coordinating agencies, funders, and outside partners.Â
• Serve as ENOUGH Success Manager for a focused portfolio of 4-6 ENOUGH communities, providing deep, hands-on support.
• Keep grant implementation on track by catching risks early and ensuring grantees stay accountable to program and compliance requirements.Â
• Support the ENOUGH team''s evolving needs as new priorities and projects arise.Â
• Other Duties as Assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A bachelorâs degree from an accredited college or university

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in public policy, preferably in a government or political setting. This experience includes, but is not limited to:Â

• Experience defining and managing projects alongside diverse stakeholders who are instrumental to successful deliveryÂ
• Experience in community revitalization, preferably in housing developmentÂ

Note: A masterâs degree in public policy may be substituted for up to 3 years of experience.
