Responsibilities:

• As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

  • Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance and financial protection needs.
  • Educate clients about available insurance products and coverage options.
  • Help clients select solutions appropriate for their circumstances.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients through available leads, referrals, and community connections.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through ongoing service.
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Manage your schedule, client relationships, and business activities.

Qualifications:

• What You'll Need

  • A Nebraska life and health insurance license or willingness to obtain the appropriate licensing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivation and a desire to develop your own business
  • A commitment to serving clients with honesty and professionalism
  • Reliable transportation for meeting with clients
  • A willingness to participate in training and ongoing professional development
