100% REMOTE but candidates must be located in Nebraska only
Responsibilities:
- Nebraska-licensed social worker/counselor who can call healthcare members, help them get the care they need, coordinate appointments/resources, and document everything.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of social work experience
- LCSW/LISCW, LPC/LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, CADC, or SUDP (Any one of these certifications or licenses)
- Must be Licenses/certified in Nebraska.
