Job Details

We are seeking NDT Operators to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Corpus Christi, TX area. This role is responsible for performing non-destructive testing and inspection procedures to evaluate material quality, detect defects, and ensure products meet customer and industry standards.

Candidates with experience in any non-destructive testing method are encouraged to apply. Formal certifications are not required, as training and recertification will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-destructive testing inspections on manufactured products and materials

Operate NDT equipment and inspection tools safely and accurately
Identify flaws, defects, discontinuities, and quality concerns
Read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and inspection requirements
Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records
Follow safety and quality procedures
Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure products meet standards

Qualifications
Experience performing NDT or NDE inspections preferred
Experience with UT, MT/MPI, EMI, Eddy Current, or similar inspection methods
Manufacturing, steel, pipe, aerospace, automotive, energy, or industrial inspection experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime
Comfortable working in an industrial environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
