Description

Job Purpose:The NDT Level II Technician is responsible for performing inspections, utilizing a variety of non-destructive testing methods on company aircraft and components.

Responsibilities:

Execute the tests using the procedures and methods to determine maximum quality of the productPerform inspection duties, organize, and generate reports pertaining to inspection and evaluationPrepare reports on all testing and evaluations to the appropriate departmentEnsure that the equipment used for testing is functioning correctly and in accordance with all applicable safety regulationsPerform daily system performance tests on equipment to ensure compliance with NDT standardsInterpret and perform cleaning procedures prior to NDT InspectionsAdditional duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

Ability to:

Crawl in and out of tight spacesComfortably work at elevated heights of at least 40 feet for extended periods of timeLift, balance and carry up to 25 lbs.Work in enclosed hangars and exterior weather conditions

Pay Band: $31.63-$35.87. Starting pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity, and typically falls between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range.
