nCino Implementation Project Manager

Location: Chicago, IL or Naperville (Hybrid | 2 Days Onsite Per Week)

Salary Range: $70 - $75/hr on W2

Introduction

A large-scale transformation initiative focused on implementing nCino, a cloud-based banking platform that modernizes customer onboarding, commercial lending, underwriting, compliance, portfolio management, and wealth management operations. This is a highly visible program supporting one of the bank's most strategic initiatives. We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead enterprise-wide delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful implementation across both business and technology organizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• nCino implementation - 1-5 years of experience.
• Project management - 10 years of experience.
• Program management - 5-10 years of experience.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Direct nCino implementation experience within a large financial institution.
• Commercial Banking and/or Wealth Management domain expertise.
• Experience working with Salesforce-based platforms and ecosystems.
• Previous experience managing vendor-led implementations and system integrators.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting large North American banking organizations, including BMO, RBC, TD, CIBC, Scotiabank, or major U.S. financial institutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex nCino implementation initiatives across Lending and Wealth Management.
• Manage enterprise-scale transformation programs involving multiple business units and technology teams.
• Drive program governance, status reporting, executive communications, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate implementation activities across internal technology teams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Collaborate with business leaders across Commercial Banking, Lending, Wealth Management, and Operations.
• Facilitate Agile planning, release management, and delivery governance.
