NCDOT - Technical Architect- Senior

Manage and configure ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Server, including creating and publishing services. - Participate in all phases of GIS product development: requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, and maintenance.

Job Summary (List Format):

- Support and administer Esri ArcGIS systems with 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Manage and configure ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Server, including creating and publishing services
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Esri's full product suite (desktop, server, web)
- Participate in all phases of GIS product development: requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, and maintenance
- Collaborate with GIS Unit and NCDOT resources to deliver high-quality customer solutions
- Work independently with customers to understand requirements and develop collaborative solutions
- Apply technical expertise to solve diverse GIS problems and situations
- Assist in developing training plans and deliver training to individuals or small groups
- Work effectively with minimal supervision
- Communicate clearly and effectively in written form, both technically and non-technically
