Job Summary (in List Format):
- Design and build intelligent conversational agents (chatbots) using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform (including Azure).
- Develop chatbots that integrate with Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems to enhance productivity for NCDOT users and customers.
- Utilize Copilot Studio's canvas interface and natural language processing features to create complex dialog flows with branching logic.
- Integrate chatbots with external APIs, databases, and third-party services using Power Automate and custom connectors.
- Apply Azure AI services and capabilities to chatbot solutions.
- Ensure Power Platform governance, security, and best practices throughout development and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and deployment issues.
- Work on-site as required (up to 3 days per week) and participate in in-person meetings and responsibilities.
- Deploy solutions and work within Power Platform environments as well as Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality chatbot solutions.
- Preferred candidates hold Microsoft certifications (PL-900, AI-900, AI-102, MS-900).
- Must be local to the Triangle region of North Carolina and able to collect equipment on-site on the first day.
