Address solution requests from business users, supporting business processes such as SharePoint reporting, ServiceNow, SAP, and Drupal Digital Commons. - Build and maintain accessible web UI components to ensure user experience consistency across multiple enterprise solutions.

Job Summary (List Format):

- Support ongoing UX design and front-end development for enterprise web applications and websites for NCDOT and NCDMV.
- Build and maintain accessible web UI components to ensure user experience consistency across multiple enterprise solutions.
- Address solution requests from business users, supporting business processes such as SharePoint reporting, ServiceNow, SAP, and Drupal Digital Commons.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and refresh web component and user interface prototypes.
- Develop accessible HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript for content management systems and enterprise products.
- Work cross-functionally with NCDIT Transportation teams to ensure interface consistency.
- Provide ongoing support to keep critical web applications accessible, consistent, and adequately maintained.
- Attend onsite meetings or participate in specific in-person activities as required by business needs.
- Help prevent delays in business processes by addressing the increasing UX and front-end development demands.
