- Serve as Program Manager for the IT Application Rationalization Program, leading efforts to assess, consolidate, and optimize the organization's application portfolio.
- Develop and manage program roadmap, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to align application rationalization with organizational goals.
- Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
- Oversee inventory and assessment of applications, evaluating functionality, usage, costs, and identifying candidates for consolidation, modernization, or retirement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize applications for modernization or replacement.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure program success; create detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Utilize strong technical knowledge in application development, architecture, and lifecycle management to inform rationalization strategies.
- Apply expertise in project management tools and methodologies to ensure program effectiveness.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure best practices, standards, and high-quality deliverables across all project phases.
- Support and design integration of industry-specific applications with statewide systems as needed.
