Job Summary (List Format) NC HIEA Business Technology Administrator
- Administer and configure business technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, SAS Viya) to support NC Health Information Exchange Authority operations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, security roles, licensing, and software subscriptions for assigned applications.
- Design, configure, and maintain workflows, forms, dashboards, templates, automations, and reports to optimize business processes.
- Monitor system use, recommend and implement enhancements to ensure maximum platform value and user experience.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology improvement and process optimization.
- Develop, maintain, and update technical and operational documentation (e.g., SOPs, user guides, workflow maps, knowledge base articles).
- Create and deliver training programs, materials, and job aids to promote effective technology adoption and consistent platform use.
- Provide ongoing user support and consultation for system capabilities, best practices, and process improvements.
- Serve as subject matter expert for assigned enterprise technology solutions.
- Maintain organized, accessible documentation to support knowledge sharing and business continuity.
- Work closely with vendors, technical teams, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and coordinate technology improvements.
- Promote standardization, continuous process improvement, and effective change management across technology platforms.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with business teams to understand and address their technology needs.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned to support evolving business and technology requirements.
