Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data architects, developers, analysts, clinical stakeholders) to ensure data quality and system reliability. - Develop and support complex data queries for validation, transformation, and reporting; verify data extracts and monitor ETL job streams.

Job Summary (List Format):

- Lead technical assistance for NC HIEA, collaborating with participants and EHR vendors for data integration implementation, optimization, and maintenance.
- Maintain and support the technical infrastructure of NC HIEA and SAS platforms, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Manage and coordinate change orders, bug fixes, and enhancements for the NC HealthConnex Clinical Portal.
- Develop and support complex data queries for validation, transformation, and reporting; verify data extracts and monitor ETL job streams.
- Utilize SQL, SAS, and InterSystems HealthShare tools for exploratory data analysis, reporting, and analytic/outbound data services.
- Generate business analysis reports based on internal and external data requirements.
- Lead technical analysis efforts, applying in-depth knowledge of EHR systems and data integration methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data architects, developers, analysts, clinical stakeholders) to ensure data quality and system reliability.
