Job Summary (List Format) Technical Support Analyst (NC DHHS)
- Provide technical support and administration for production DB2, CICS, Endevor, and X/PTR systems.
- Utilize thorough knowledge of Z/OS operating system, including interrelationships and functionality.
- Offer configuration management and release management support for Endevor software.
- Apply advanced knowledge of SQL programming language and techniques.
- Use tools and utilities to support DB2 environment.
- Evaluate complex SQL queries and recommend optimizations for performance and cost efficiency.
- Deliver CICS administration, troubleshooting, and debugging support, collaborating with application developers and DIT personnel.
- Ensure adherence to agency policies regarding remote work, onsite expectations, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain availability for the duration of the assignment and comply with all client and vendor regulations.
