Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a Senior Developer/Specialist for DCDEE Regulatory, DCDEE website, and miscellaneous DCDEE applications.
- Ensure all assigned applications are ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant through modifications and testing.
- Provide ongoing support, system management, configuration, administration, and enhancement of Microsoft .NET Core and SQL Server-based applications.
- Collaborate with mid and senior-level business executives and IT staff to refine and execute program requirements.
- Perform full-stack development using Microsoft .NET (Framework & Core), DNN (DotNetNuke), C#, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, AngularJS/Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Design and develop relational databases, optimize queries, and create stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and above.
- Develop, deploy, and manage reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Implement and support claims-based authentication, Azure Active Directory, SAML, and web service integrations (SOAP, REST, HTTP, UDDI, WSDL).
- Utilize technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, XML, XSL, VBScript, and AJAX for application development.
- Engage in system administration, business and workflow process modeling, and business systems integration.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning with business partners, vendors, and management.
- Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and consultation for application modifications and enhancements.
- Monitor project activities for adherence to schedules, milestones, deliverables, and quality assurance standards.
- Conduct system assessments and performance monitoring to prevent interruptions and ensure optimal service quality.
- Use visual developer tools such as XRMToolBox, Plugins, Ribbon Workbench, and REST Builder for API development.
- Maintain effective communication with end users and staff; demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience working with state government is highly desired.
