Job Summary (List Format) Senior Salesforce Solutions Engineer

- Provide technical leadership for Salesforce solution development, establishing standards, mentoring junior staff, and conducting code reviews.
- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud for public-sector programs, ensuring alignment with technical, security, and strategic objectives.
- Lead integration designs, configuration strategies, and system blueprinting to support case management, licensing, and service workflows.
- Develop Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and system integrations, following best engineering practices and platform governance.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and recommend optimal approaches.
- Review Salesforce platform release notes (Spring, Summer, Winter), assess impacts on existing systems, and ensure readiness for updates.
- Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA, and business stakeholders to coordinate updates and deliverables.
- Apply AI-driven approaches to Salesforce solutions, identifying practical use cases, integrating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible AI adoption.
- Support the modernization of the NC FAST/Green application portfolio, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Maintain compliance with program, security, and regulatory requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
