Job Summary (List Format):
- Support and maintain cloud-integrated infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or hybrid), including Windows/Linux VMs, storage, identity platforms, and connectivity.
- Assist in designing and optimizing secure connections between cloud and on-premise environments (VPNs, direct connect, routing, identity federation).
- Participate in planning, coordinating, and executing database replication/migration from on-premises to cloud-managed services.
- Perform system administration for enterprise applications (patching, deployments, configuration, performance tuning, log analysis, backups, capacity planning, vendor coordination).
- Administer and troubleshoot F5 BigIP traffic managers (VIPs, pool management, SSL, health monitoring).
- Assist in managing Palo Alto firewalls (security policies, NAT, operational support).
- Work with network team to resolve Layer 2/3 networking issues (routing, switching, VLANs, load balancing).
- Develop and maintain system/process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support incident response by investigating issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct vulnerability management (scanning, reviewing findings, risk prioritization, remediation).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and automation projects.
