2 CIVILab Associate VISTAs will support the establishment and ongoing operation of a unique, community-engaged local disparities lab and engagement hub that serves as a launchpad for collaborative service projects, community-engaged research, and experiential learning. The lab functions as both a physical and virtual engagement hub, supporting collaboration among academic researchers, students, local sector leaders, professional practitioners, and community residents, with community voices centered in all lab activities.
