Working closely with government stakeholders, shipyards, naval architects, and multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will support requirements development, systems integration, configuration management, and technical analyses involving HM&E systems, C4I capabilities, and mission equipment. Position/Job Description:
In this role, you will provide systems engineering support across the design, integration, construction, modernization, and delivery of U.S. Navy maritime platforms and shipboard systems
General Tasking Description:
Experience Requirements:
7+ years of experience supporting DoD, Navy, or federal government programs.
Knowledge of systems engineering principles, requirements management, and technical documentation development
Familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Experience supporting acquisition, sustainment, modernization, or integration efforts for military systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with US Navy systems.
Ability to travel up to 25% to perform job duties.
Experience supporting Commercial Ship Building programs, Military Sealift Command Shipbuilding programs, or Coast Guard ship building programs.
Experience working with MSC and associated habitability/operations requirements.
