Summary: Stock all food and supply areas. Ensure cleanliness of facility and supplies. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Stock all dishes, silverware, glasses.
- Deliver full carts to dish room; pickup supplies on return.
- Sweep and mop floors, front and back, as needed.
- Collect all dirty towels and linen; return to laundry.
- Keep dish room clear and maintained.
- Ensure all supplies are fully stocked at end of shift, including side work.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
