Plan, execute, and oversee light industrial construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and communication. Develop project timelines, budgets, and detailed schedules to meet delivery goals. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep the project on track. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites. Manage procurement and allocation of resources, including materials and labor. Perform quality control checks and ensure project deliverables meet the required standards. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project status and milestones.
A successful Light Industrial Project Manager should have: Experience with managing construction projects in the light industrial sector. Experience with data center projects.
