National Sales Director – Aftermarket Products
Summary
Responsible for managing and directing sales activities for the organization’s aftermarket products on a national level. This position supports both new and existing agents, OEMs, corporate accounts, direct representatives, and regional sales teams by developing strategic plans to increase sales and profitability. The role emphasizes training, sales systems, promotions, and product growth initiatives, and requires travel approximately 60–80% of the time.
