National Purchasing Manager – Commercial Division

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Full Benefits
Our client, a highly respected and rapidly growing national leader within the construction supply and industrial distribution industry, is looking for an exceptional National Purchasing Manager to lead and elevate their Commercial Division purchasing team.

This is not a “sit behind a desk” leadership role. While travel is not extensive, visibility and presence matter. They want a leader who shows up for their people.
About the Opportunity
The Commercial Division is one of the company’s largest and fastest-growing business sectors, supporting commercial construction, industrial, MRO, and packaging channels across the United States. This role will oversee purchasing operations nationally while leading a team responsible for inventory performance, supplier relationships, operational execution, and purchasing strategy.
The organization is currently evolving, modernizing systems, implementing new operational initiatives, and building stronger KPI-driven processes.
