Growing P&C carrier seeking a senior Commercial Lines underwriting leader to oversee a $300M+ portfolio and lead a team through significant growth and transformation. We're looking for someone with strong Commercial P&C underwriting, portfolio profitability, underwriting strategy/appetite, and leadership experience, ideally with a background in Small/Middle Commercial and independent agency distribution. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to help expand the business nationally, modernize underwriting systems/processes, and shape the future direction of the Commercial organization.
This role can be located in one of their 3 offices
