The National Honor Society (NHS) Advisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school''s NHS chapter while promoting the pillars of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Responsibilities include coordinating student applications and selection processes, organizing meetings and service projects, supervising student officers, maintaining chapter repords, planning induction ceremonies, communicating with students, parents, and staff, and ensuring compliance with NHS guidelines and school policies. The advisor serves as a mentor to student leaders and helps create meaningful opportunities for school and community involement. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills and includes responsibilities outside of the regular school day, including meetings, ceremonies, and special events throughout the school year.
