Partnering closely with executive leadership operations Human Resources and business stakeholders the Talent Acquisition Director aligns workforce planning and talent strategies with organizational growth objectives project staffing demands succession planning initiatives and long-term workforce capability needs. This position has direct leadership responsibility for all Talent Acquisition Partners Coordinators and Specialists nationally and is accountable for building and leading a high-performing scalable Talent Acquisition function that delivers exceptional candidate experiences operational excellence workforce forecasting and innovative recruiting solutions. As both a strategic and hands on leader the Director oversees recruiting operations employer branding strategic workforce forecasting talent pipelining recruitment technology analytics university relations inclusion initiatives and vendor partnerships while ensuring consistency compliance and measurable business impact nationally.
