- Build and maintain relationships with claims leadership, medical directors, network/vendor management teams, and nurse case managers
- Lead contracting efforts including RFP/RFI responses and negotiations
- Secure preferred vendor status and network inclusion
- Partner with clinical and operations teams to align service delivery with payer expectations
- Track pipeline, revenue growth, and key performance metrics
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and WC-focused events
What We're Looking For
- 5–10+ years of business development or sales experience in workers' compensation
- Proven track record of closing contracts and growing accounts with TPAs, carriers, and employers
- Strong existing network within the workers' compensation ecosystem
- Experience selling healthcare services, behavioral health, or specialty evaluations
- Deep understanding of claims workflows, utilization management, and cost containment strategies
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Preferred: Background in behavioral health, rehabilitation, or medico-legal services (IME, peer review, etc.)
- Experience working with managed care networks or vendor panels
- Familiarity with multi-state workers' compensation environments
- Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure with accelerators
- Full benefits: health, dental, and vision
- Expense account and conference/networking sponsorship
- Leadership growth opportunities as the division scales
