National Accounts Director

We need ownership of National Accounts to drive penetration and secure strategic contracts across both Implant and Surgical Business Units.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess the market and develop strategies to expand access into GPOs and top 30 RPOs and IDNs by creating value for the healthcare system.
Develop negotiation strategies collaboratively with sales and business executives and negotiate contract terms.
Develop penetration strategies with sales leadership and lead execution efforts; develop and monitor KPIs.
Build strong relationships with field sales employees.
Own process from targeting, pricing strategy, legal review, negotiation & compliance reviews.
Objectives and Measurable Performance Accountabilities:
Develop & execute strategies to gain access in healthcare systems (GPOs and top 30 IDNs)
Develop & execute strategies to penetrate/gain share in healthcare systems (GPOs and top 30 IDNs)
