Requisition Summary
Join a collaborative, results-driven team where youll play a key role in managing a portfolio of large fleet customer accounts and driving positive business outcomes. In this role, you will partner closely with National Account Managers, Fleet Credit, and Collections to resolve complex account issues, collect past-due balances, and support repossession processes when necessary. Youll leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct payment research, maintain account accuracy, process contract modifications and payoffs, and identify solutions that enhance the customer experience while supporting key business metrics. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement initiatives, and special projects that contribute to the success of both our customers and the organization.
