National Account Manager
Salary: 120K - 140K

Key Responsibilities for the National Account & E-Commerce Manager:
• Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, Grainger, eBay, and other online channels.
• Oversee strategic national accounts, including assortment, inventory, promotions, pricing, and issue resolution.
• Manage Amazon advertising spend, campaign performance, and return-on-investment metrics.
• Develop and track KPI reporting related to sales, traffic, conversion, catalog growth, and content quality.
• Lead OEM business reviews and drive initiatives related to product expansion and brand presentation.
• Supervise and develop a team of account support professionals while improving processes and efficiency.
Qualifications for the National Account & E-Commerce Manager:
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, national account management, digital merchandising, or related areas.
• Experience managing large online product catalogs.
• Amazon Vendor Central experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, or related field preferred.
