Job Summary:
The National Account Coordinator will provide customer service to national account moves and maintain company records to ensure accuracy. This position works a Monday-Friday schedule and pay rate is $15/hour.
Essential Functions:
- Accepting orders
- Working with accounts and agents to perform services
- Data entering into MoveStar
- Setting Surveys with the agent or Virtual set up
- Providing Arrival times and sending completed paperwork to accounts
- Coordinate customer contact for national account moves, and maintain contact with customer
- Create move estimates
- Register new shipments
- Ensure proper revenue billing to appropriate location
- Update company software with relevant shipment information
- Scan paperwork into SISTRS and Documentum as received
- Create move estimates

- Update company software as well as the Allied system with relevant shipment information

Required Education and Experience:
- Required: High School diploma or GED
