The National Account Coordinator will provide customer service to national account moves and maintain company records to ensure accuracy.• Coordinate customer contact for national account moves, and maintain contact with customer
• Create move estimates
• Register new shipments
• Ensure proper revenue billing to appropriate location
• Update company software as well as the Allied system with relevant shipment information
• Coordinate customer contact for national account moves, and maintain contact with customer
• Scan paperwork into SISTRS and Documentum as received
• Create move estimates
• Register new shipments
• Prepare driver paperwork as necessary
• Ensure proper revenue billing to appropriate location
• Update company software as well as the Allied system with relevant shipment information
• Other duties as assigned
