• Has strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Can accurately diagnose mechanical and drivability concerns.
• Performs thorough digital vehicle inspections (DVIs).
• Can efficiently complete repairs without sacrificing quality.
• Communicates effectively with service advisors and other technicians.
• Takes ownership of their work and stands behind their repairs.
• Understands that fixing a vehicle correctly matters more than throwing parts at a problem.
• Wants to be part of a team instead of simply occupying a bay.
• Takes pride in their workmanship and their profession.
• Is motivated by productivity, performance, and personal growth.

ASE certifications are a plus, but ability, attitude, experience, and work ethic matter most.
