    This position is HYBRID in IRVING, TX - please only apply if you live in the Irving or Dallas, TX areas. 

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    This position is responsible for managing of all maintenance and inspections for National Account burglar, fire alarm, card access, and CCTV Systems. Manages the development and implementation of NAS strategies to ensure target levels of customer delivery. Will manage the process(s), reporting, and resolution of escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with NAS performance standards including but not limited to service backlog, service in standard %, & inspection completion %.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees as well as planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Direct workflow and assign action items to representatives
    • Backlog Reduction - reduce and maintain the overall aging service tickets on our national account service backlog
    • Work with direct report, CROM & branch personnel to manage escalations and the overall health of our national account customer base to ensure we are successful in meeting their service needs.
    • Hold weekly team meetings to discuss successes, challenges, and other organizational announcements
    • Submit accurate and timely documentation (data entry information, PTO, payroll, etc.)

     

    Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

    • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
    • Three to five years’ experience working on security related projects to include three years of experience related to the CCTV, Intercom, IDS, and access control system industry.
    • Preferred Education and Experience Requirements:
    • Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • High degree of knowledge of standards/practices and panels commonly used in the alarm industry
    • Additional Skills and Certifications:
    • Excellent teambuilding, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
    • Must possess good decision-making skills, be very organized, and detail oriented.
    • Excellent time management, planning and forward-thinking skills.
    • Self-motivated and a professional attitude.
    • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret applicable documents, materials, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English

     

    Pay and Benefits Disclosure: The pay range for this role is $52,827-105,655 and is based on experience and qualifications. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 80 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
