Your Core Duties

• Drive and operate reach trucks/high-rise forklifts to lift, relocate, and stack materials in designated zones.
• Adhere to company procedures and safety rules for every move and maneuver.
• Perform pre-shift and routine inspections; report any repair or service needs immediately.
• Collaborate with peers to schedule and sequence the movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation; assist with stock and cycle counts.
• Apply all safety protocols to minimize risk of accidents and injuries.
• Join training sessions and safety meetings to continually improve technique and awareness.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating high-reach forklifts in warehouse/industrial settings.
• Detail-oriented mindset with unwavering commitment to safety.
• Ability to work solo when needed and contribute effectively to a team.
• Strong communication and a consistently positive approach to work.
• Physical capability to handle lifting of heavy materials as required.
